A wonderful stay right by the sea! The hotel is in a beautiful location, just steps away from the beach, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially loved having a cooking area available, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. A beautiful place, amazing location, spotless rooms, and genuinely lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

This is the second time I have spent a holiday at Vila Borsh. We had a wonderful holiday in this villa, where the warmth and hospitality we found from the owners, Lindi and Koço, stood out. The cleanliness and order indoors, the quiet, the view, and especially the outdoor space: a garden full of flowers, with aloe vera everywhere. Being so close to the sea is a wonder in itself. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I have had at Vila Borsh. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, suitable both for short stays and for longer ones. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. What impressed me most was the excellent cleanliness and order in every space. The mattresses were new and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and pleasantly scented. The owners' hospitality was without doubt the most special part of this stay. Their kindness and care made my holiday truly unforgettable. Vila Borsh is right on the beach. This is the fifth year I have spent my holiday here. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a large veranda and a sea view, and you can enjoy the beautiful garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and you can speak with them in German, Italian and English. The price-performance ratio is perfect. I can only recommend it.

We spent our last five days of long vacation in Albania at this wonderful place which felt home away from home! Both Koco and Lindi The owners were absolutely incredible people who we became like family very quickly due to their hospitality, generosity, and Golden heart! They both Went way out of their way every single minute we spend here to accommodate us with everything that we needed, aside from making us feel at home and the last day they even threw us a party at the beach side. The house is absolutely beautiful with a heavenly garden, well designed! Koco has such passion for his garden, and had it enriched with variety of fruits and flowers, not to mention very rare to see in Albania lotus flowers, which makes it a more beautiful place to stay and relax. The spacious balconies make it an absolutely retreat to gather together, enjoy anytime during the day, and the rooms are super clean with all the commodities you need, whether you decide to dine out or cook at home here with everything available. The prices I am so shocked and amazed at how low they are compare to what I've seen so far during my three weeks of traveling Albania from North to South point and staying in many private villas, hotels, or bujtinas!!! I've had the most amazing day and definitely slept more than I have slept in the last 20 some years, felt very uncomfortable and relaxed due to the environment commodities, but most importantly, the way we were made felt by the owners. I've already reserved my next stay for my long vacation due to location, which is right across from the house you simply walk in your swimming suit and just enjoy the ocean, which is yet another pearl in this area. The serenity, quietness, the relaxed environment, the super clean waters, where you can definitely see the bottom with rocks it's unbeatable! The area has so many options for coffee, bar, or restaurant places within walking distance, markets, and anything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing day! We did most of our dining at the Nee Paradise, where everything is unsurpassed from hospitality, very rich menu, but most important the food is cooked with so much love, you can taste it when you dine! Both me and my family were treated not as guest, but as family members, and this is what made the tip of the iceberg for our overall trip to Albania!! If you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with family, you will definitely appreciate location, accommodations at the house and all the amenities you have in your availability, location, beautiful and wonderful place to enjoy vacation away from home! I would recommend this place without a reservation, and already made plans with my family and friends for our next return, and I have never been treated or respected in any other place more than I have been in this house!!! The tourists would be so lucky to find this gem and enjoy their stay!!! The apartment was simply perfect! Everything was very clean, furnished in a modern way, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, so cooking for yourself was no problem, and the living room and the bedrooms were very comfortable too. I especially liked the quiet location and, at the same time, how close the shops and restaurants were. The host was extremely friendly, reliable, and reachable at any time, which made the stay even more pleasant. It really felt like home. I can absolutely recommend the apartment and would come back any time!

The view from the room or balcony straight onto the sea is simply breathtaking. You can look out for hours and let your soul unwind. Living this close to the water is something very special. The rooms are very clean, well kept, and fitted with a small kitchen, ideal if you want to cook something yourself. Everything is thought through and prepared with a lot of love. What impressed us most was the warmth of the hosts. They are incredibly kind and helpful and really do everything so that you feel at ease. Their tips for trips and local restaurants were worth their weight in gold. Through them we discovered places we would never have found on our own. The garden is beautifully kept and a real eye-catcher. With a bit of luck you even spot a tortoise! The location is also perfect for trips nearby, both along the coast and inland there is a lot to discover. All in all it was a thoroughly successful stay. We will definitely come back. Rarely have we felt so welcome and so well looked after in a place to stay!

A lovely spot on the beach for enjoying a quiet holiday. At night no air conditioning, but the balcony door open, drifting off to the sound of the sea. The accommodation is well kept and sits in a beautiful green oasis (garden). People are very hospitable and helpful. Certainly a place to come back to.
