A wonderful stay right by the sea! The hotel is in a beautiful location, just steps away from the beach, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially loved having a cooking area available, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. A beautiful place, amazing location, spotless rooms, and genuinely lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

Pastertia dhe rregulli ne ambjentet e brendshme te hotelit, qetesia, pamja dhe sidomos ambienti i jashtem nje kopesht i mbushur me lule ku mbizoteron aloevera. Afersia me detin eshte nje mrekulli me vete. Jua rekomandoj te kaloni pushime ne Vila Borsh, do te jene te paharrueshme.

2 fjalë për këtë vend të mrekullueshëm. Është e disata herë që pushojmë në këtë vend të veçantë me 2 njerëz të pa lodhur nga dashuria për punën: Lindi dhe Koco. Këtu nuk pushohet si turist apo si "pushuesi i rrallës" por si mik i Vila Borsh. Në këtë ambient mbizotëron qetësia, pastërtia dhe bukuria, afërsia me detin janë një tjetër vlerë e shtuar. "Vila Borsh" faleminderit që na bëni pjesë tuajën!

Ishte një nga eksperiencat më të bukura që kam kaluar në Vila Borsh. Dhomat ishin të bollshme dhe shumë komode, të përshtatshme si për qëndrime të shkurtra, ashtu edhe për ato më të gjata. Kuzhina ishte e pajisur me gjithçka të nevojshme për gatim. Ajo që më bëri më shumë përshtypje ishte pastërtia dhe rregulli i shkëlqyer në çdo ambient. Dyshekët ishin të rinj dhe shumë të rehatshëm, ndërsa çarçafët ishin të pastër dhe me aromë të këndshme. Mikpritja e pronarëve ishte pa dyshim pjesa më e veçantë e këtij qëndrimi. Mirësjellja dhe kujdesi i tyre bënë që pushimet e mia të ishin vërtet të paharrueshme. Do ta përsëris këtë eksperiencë pa asnjë hezitim dhe e rekomandoj me gjithë zemër Vila Borsh për këdo që kërkon qetësi, rehati dhe mikpritje të shkëlqyer. We stayed at Vila Borsh for 9 days and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, clearly showing the care and attention of the owners. Everything was well-maintained and in perfect order, making our stay stress-free and relaxing. One of the highlights was the short walking distance to the beach, just a few minutes away, which made it incredibly convenient for daily swims and sunset strolls. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend Vila Borsh to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Koco and Lindi 😊

Vila Borsh liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist das fünfte Jahr das ich meinen Urlaub hier verbringe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und viel Platz mit eine große Veranda mit Meerblick, man kann den wunderschönen Garten genießen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann deutsch, italienisch und englisch unterhalten. Der Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Pastërtia, pamja, qetësia, afërsia me detin dhe mbi të gjitha grohtësia dhe mikpritja që gjen në këtë vilë i bëri pushimet e mia të paharrueshme. Jua a rekomandoj të kaloni pushimet në këtë Vilë do të mbeteni të kënaqur.

We spent our last five days of long vacation in Albania at this wonderful place which felt home away from home! Both Koco and Lindi The owners were absolutely incredible people who we became like family very quickly due to their hospitality, generosity, and Golden heart! They both Went way out of their way every single minute we spend here to accommodate us with everything that we needed, aside from making us feel at home and the last day they even threw us a party at the beach side. The house is absolutely beautiful with a heavenly garden, well designed! Koco has such passion for his garden, and had it enriched with variety of fruits and flowers, not to mention very rare to see in Albania lotus flowers, which makes it a more beautiful place to stay and relax. The spacious balconies make it an absolutely retreat to gather together, enjoy anytime during the day, and the rooms are super clean with all the commodities you need, whether you decide to dine out or cook at home here with everything available. The prices I am so shocked and amazed at how low they are compare to what I've seen so far during my three weeks of traveling Albania from North to South point and staying in many private villas, hotels, or bujtinas!!! I've had the most amazing day and definitely slept more than I have slept in the last 20 some years, felt very uncomfortable and relaxed due to the environment commodities, but most importantly, the way we were made felt by the owners. I've already reserved my next stay for my long vacation due to location, which is right across from the house you simply walk in your swimming suit and just enjoy the ocean, which is yet another pearl in this area. The serenity, quietness, the relaxed environment, the super clean waters, where you can definitely see the bottom with rocks it's unbeatable! The area has so many options for coffee, bar, or restaurant places within walking distance, markets, and anything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing day! We did most of our dining at the Nee Paradise, where everything is unsurpassed from hospitality, very rich menu, but most important the food is cooked with so much love, you can taste it when you dine! Both me and my family were treated not as guest, but as family members, and this is what made the tip of the iceberg for our overall trip to Albania!! If you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with family, you will definitely appreciate location, accommodations at the house and all the amenities you have in your availability, location, beautiful and wonderful place to enjoy vacation away from home! I would recommend this place without a reservation, and already made plans with my family and friends for our next return, and I have never been treated or respected in any other place more than I have been in this house!!! The tourists would be so lucky to find this gem and enjoy their stay!!! We all wish Koco and Lindi, and their family great health above everything, happiness, joy, peace, prosperity, and continued blessings in their journeys wherever they are, because they're absolutely wonderful people to be surrounded with!!! 🙏😍 We are extremely grateful to their hospitality, kindness, and respect 🙏😍

Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Alles war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und genauso wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte, und auch das Wohnzimmer sowie die Schlafzimmer waren sehr gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage und gleichzeitig die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Man hat sich wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Der Blick vom Zimmer oder Balkon direkt aufs Meer ist einfach atemberaubend. Man kann stundenlang hinausschauen und die Seele baumeln lassen – so nah am Wasser zu wohnen ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet – ideal, um sich auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Alles ist durchdacht und mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Sie sind unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und tun wirklich alles, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und lokale Restaurants waren Gold wert – wir haben dadurch Orte entdeckt, die wir alleine nie gefunden hätten. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt und ein Blickfang – mit etwas Glück entdeckt man sogar eine Schildkröte! Auch die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung – sowohl entlang der Küste als auch ins Hinterland gibt es viel zu entdecken. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – selten haben wir uns in einer Unterkunft so willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt!
